Andrews Davis provides both preventative and remedial consultation to employers of all types, from large corporations to family-owned businesses.
Our preventative services assist employers in avoiding or reducing workplace problems. Our preventative services include advice on employment contracts, employee benefit plans, personnel policies, drug and alcohol policies, pre-selection testing, affirmative action programs, employee handbooks, workplace privacy concerns, and compliance with both Federal and State law.
We also defend employers against administrative charges and lawsuits in State and Federal courts, primarily in matters alleging breach of employment agreements, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
